A Pair of Vintage Style Wooden Runabout Speedboat Display Models
Description
A pair of static display models of classic wooden runabout speedboats, designed in the style of mid-20th century Chris-Craft or Riva motor launches. The models are constructed with planked wooden decks featuring a high-gloss varnished finish. One model presents a mahogany-coloured hull with a cream-toned waterline, while the second model features a darker stained hull. Each vessel includes a detailed cockpit with cream-coloured upholstered seating, a metal steering wheel, and a curved metal-framed windshield. Deck appointments include metal cleats, vents, and bow ornaments. One model is fitted with a small Union Jack flag on a wooden staff at the stern. Both models are mounted on dark wood rectangular plinths via metal supports.
