What counts as a part clearance?
Some rooms, or selected items, rather than the whole house. It is tailored to what you need: the spare room, the furniture you are not taking with you, or a few pieces that have been in the way for years. If the whole house is going, see full house clearance.
Can you just take the furniture that’s worth selling?
Yes. Larger items going to auction are collected free, though there are some exceptions, depending on the item and where it is. A free verbal valuation will tell you which pieces are worth putting into a sale.
Can I bring smaller things in myself?
Yes. Bring them to Unit 1, Old Corporation Yard, 281 Tong Road, Armley, Leeds LS12 4NQ, by appointment. We are there Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by appointment only, so ring 0113 250 2626 to book a time.
What about the things that won’t sell?
We can clear those too. It is a chargeable service, priced on the volume and nature of what needs removing, and what your other items make at auction may cover or reduce the cost. See how our clearance works for the charges.

Upholstered furniture needs its fire-safety label
Sofas and armchairs can only be sold at auction with the label still attached. If a label is missing, mention it when you call.
