A pair of decorative wall-hanging replica pistols, designed after 18th-century flintlock firearms. Each piece features a light-coloured stained wood stock with a simple curved pistol grip. The barrel and furniture are constructed from cast metal with a grey-toned finish. The lock plates, trigger guards, and butt caps are decorated with extensive relief-molded scrollwork, floral motifs, and leaf designs. The hammers and triggers are non-functional cast components. The muzzle of the barrel shows a slight flare. A white adhesive label is affixed to one pistol bearing the handwritten characters 12016.
