Lot 46: A Set of Vintage Rattan and Wicker Honeymoon Bistro Furniture

A vintage rattan and wicker dinette set comprising an oval-topped table and matching chairs. The pieces are constructed with bent rattan pole frames and feature decorative scrolled accents. The tabletop, chair seats, and backrests are finished with an intricate chevron-patterned cane weave. The joints are reinforced with traditional bindings. This furniture is designed in the style often termed a honeymoon or bistro set, where the chairs are shaped to tuck neatly beneath the table surface. A small white label is present on the side of the table rim but is not clearly legible. No maker’s mark or brand is otherwise visible.
