Lot 438: A Group of Floral-Patterned Porcelain Tea Wares and Decorative Ceramic Bird Figurines

A group of porcelain tea wares and glazed ceramic figurines presented together in a box. The tea service, likely bone china, is decorated with transfer-printed sprays of pink roses and rosebuds amongst green foliage. The pieces feature scalloped rims with hand-applied gilt detailing. The assortment includes teacups, saucers, and side plates. Also included are glazed ceramic figurines of birds, rendered in a naturalistic style with outstretched wings and textured plumage in earthy tones of brown and beige. No factory marks or backstamps are visible in the provided images to confirm a specific manufacturer. The style of the floral decoration and gilt work is characteristic of mid-20th-century ceramic production.
