A 19th-century oil painting on canvas depicting a rural harvest scene in the British tradition. The work is housed in a large, ornate gilt-moulded frame with a beaded inner slip. A small white label on the right-hand side of the frame displays the number 7627. No signature is visible on the front of the work.
