An Edwardian Sheraton Revival Inlaid Mahogany Bow-Fronted Display Cabinet
Description
An Edwardian mahogany display cabinet of one-piece construction in the Sheraton Revival style. The cabinet features a raised, shaped backsplash with an inset oval mirror and scrolled accents. Below is a single bow-fronted glazed door with clear glass side panels, all bordered by fine light wood stringing inlay. The interior contains three fixed shelves. The piece is supported on four square-section tapered legs, also decorated with stringing. A brass keyhole escutcheon is centred on the lower rail of the door. A small, illegible circular sticker is present on the left-hand side panel.
