Lot 93: A Pair of Edwardian Leaded Stained Glass Transom Window Panels
0 views
A matching pair of rectangular Edwardian architectural stained and leaded glass transom panels. Each panel is constructed with lead cames enclosing rectangular textured cathedral glass panes arranged in alternating geometric sections of olive green, emerald green, and amber tones. The outer border features cobalt blue rectangular glass segments with deep burgundy corner accents. The centre of each panel is detailed with a stylised floral medallion composed of four ruby-coloured petals around a dark circular roundel, bordered by blue glass segments within a diamond leaded surround. The panels retain their outer lead perimeter channels bearing remnants of old glazing compound and mortar from architectural reclamation. No maker marks, inscriptions, or stamps are present.
