An assortment of vintage costume jewellery and decorative objects, primarily featuring organic and synthetic materials characteristic of mid-20th-century design. The collection includes several necklaces: a graduated bead necklace, a long openwork filigree link necklace, and a three-strand necklace accented with carved floral spacers and a central tooth-shaped pendant. The selection of bangles and bracelets comprises a wide ribbed elasticated bracelet, multiple plain circular bangles, and a charm-style bracelet featuring painted beads and rectangular plaques with elephant motifs. One bracelet is composed of rectangular tiles with incised characters in Chinese script, including the characters “北” and “京”.
The lot also features various carved brooches and pins, including a large cream-coloured rose, a smaller orange-toned rose, and several edelweiss floral pins with yellow central elements. A large openwork oval pendant depicts a dancing figure beneath a tree. Materials observed include carved bone, bovine horn, and early plastics such as celluloid. One bangle is constructed with a metal hinge and clasp.
