A vintage sterling silver identity bracelet featuring textured curb links and a central polished rectangular plaque. The heavy bracelet is constructed from flat curb links, each decorated with a diagonal engine-turned or bark-effect finish to the upper surface. The central curved identity plaque remains blank and is flanked by the textured links. The piece is secured by a box clasp with a simple push-release mechanism and is fitted with a soldered safety chain. The reverse of the identity plaque is struck with a series of British hallmarks: an impressed maker’s mark reading C&T within a rectangular cartouche, a walking lion passant for sterling silver, an anchor for the Birmingham Assay Office, and a lowercase date letter e within a square shield with clipped corners, identifying the year of manufacture as 1979.
