Lot 86: A PromFrocks Sleeveless Lace and Jersey Evening Gown

A floor-length evening gown in a deep red or dark coral hue. The bodice is constructed from a sheer mesh base heavily embellished with ornate floral lace embroidery and beadwork. This intricate lace detailing extends from the high neckline down past the waistline onto the hips in a scalloped pattern. The reverse of the garment features a central vertical panel of matching lace embroidery that follows the line of the concealed zip fastener (photo 2). The lower portion of the dress consists of a draped, heavy-weight jersey-style fabric that falls into soft, vertical folds reaching the floor. The garment is sleeveless with a slight racer-style back.

A gold-coloured paper hangtag is attached to the bodice bearing the printed red text PROMFROCKS beneath a small crown emblem. The garment is presented on a gold-coloured plastic hanger which features the embossed name MASCARA on the left arm.
