A Collection of Floral Bone China Tea Ware, Blue and White Transfer Ware, and Cut Glass
Description
A mixed collection of domestic ceramics and glassware comprising a set of matching bone china tea cups and saucers, floral display plates, a blue and white transfer-printed bowl, and a cut glass decanter. The tea ware is finished in white glaze with a polychrome floral garland and trellis border in shades of pink, yellow, and blue, accented with gilt rims. The display plates feature a scalloped edge and central floral bouquet framed by a green and pink scrollwork border. A deep ceramic bowl is decorated with a rich blue transfer-printed design showing a traditional British castle landscape within foliate borders. Included is a clear glass decanter of rectangular form with a heavy diamond-cut texture to the body. A partially visible white ceramic vessel at the base is decorated with simple blue floral sprays. No manufacturer names are legible on the items in their current orientation.
