Two Audio Components Comprising a Sony Integrated Stereo Amplifier and an Ion USB Turntable
Description
A Japanese-manufactured Sony integrated stereo amplifier, model TA-EX5, housed in a black metal casing. The front panel is marked MHC-EX5 and features a large rotary volume dial, a headphone jack, and push-button selectors for Tape 1, Tape 2, MD/DAT, Aux/Video, CD, and Tuner. The rear panel features a printed black and white label reading MODEL NO. TA-EX5 INTEGRATED STEREO AMPLIFIER AC 220-230V ~ 50Hz SONY MADE IN JAPAN SERIAL NO. 6603925. A yellow and white adhesive safety label reads CAUTION RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK DO NOT OPEN and ATTENTION RISQUE DE CHOC ELECTRIQUE NE PAS OUVRIR. The rear interface includes spring-clip speaker terminals, various RCA audio inputs, and a SYSTEM CONTROL port. The second component is an Ion USB turntable with a silver-toned base and a hinged clear plastic dust cover. The base is marked ION USB TURNTABLE in black print and includes controls for speed selection at 33 and 45 rpm, alongside push buttons for stop and play. Both units have attached power cables, and a pair of red and white RCA audio cables is included in the lot.
