A Midland CB Radio Transceiver with Associated Power Supply and Antenna
Description
A collection of citizen’s band (CB) radio equipment comprising a Midland transceiver, a regulated power supply, and a mobile antenna. The transceiver is housed in a black casing, featuring a front panel with a digital display, various control knobs, and buttons. It bears the printed white text MIDLAND, CB TRANSCEIVER, and ALAN 48 PLUS MULTI. The accompanying power supply, manufactured by Sharman’s Musicom, is a model PS-3 regulated DC unit. It features a black metal casing with a red rocker power switch and red and black output terminals. A printed white label on the top surface identifies it as SHARMAN’S MUSICOM, REGULATED DC POWER SUPPLY, MODEL PS-3, with an output of 13.8V 3AMP. The unit is fitted with a standard UK three-pin mains plug. The antenna consists of a long, black rod with yellow numerical markings ranging from 90 to 170, attached to a silver-toned metal mounting bracket with associated coaxial cabling.
