Lot 296: A Group of North African Style Decorative Daggers and an Ornamental Pin

A group of decorative items comprising three daggers and an ornamental pin. The collection includes a straight-bladed dagger featuring a dark brown moulded handle with high-relief knotwork decoration, gold-toned metal mounts set with circular red glass cabochons, and a brown suede-wrapped scabbard. The scabbard bears a white rectangular adhesive label with the handwritten number 105. Two gold-toned metal Moroccan-style curved daggers are present, both featuring chased and engraved foliate decoration to the hilts and scabbards. One curved dagger carries a white printed adhesive tag reading SHELBYS AUCTIONEERS LOT 296 01132502626. The second curved dagger is set with a large faceted purple paste stone to the pommel, with the scabbard featuring three circular paste stone settings, including one red and two clouded clear stones. Completing the group is a metal pin with a silver-toned filigree crown-shaped head enclosing an orange-red bead.
