The sole of the right foot is decorated with a thistle motif. The base is inscribed in gold script with the title, alongside a red Royal Crown Derby backstamp, the Roman numeral date code MMII for 2002, and a hand-painted purple mark. It retains an octagonal gold-coloured metal stopper. The second figurine depicts a Drummer Teddy Bear, wearing a military-style blue jacket with gold frogging and playing a drum with a red and white geometric floral pattern.
