Lot 360: A Trio of Cranberry Glass Jugs including Royal Scot Glass and a Hand Painted Example

A collection of three hand-blown cranberry glass vessels. The group includes two items produced by Royal Scot Glass, identifiable by original gold and white oval manufacturer labels. These consist of a large jug with a bulbous body and a smaller double-handled jug, both featuring ruffled rims and applied clear flint glass handles. The glass displays a consistent deep rose-red colouration throughout. The third item is a small bulbous jug with a single clear handle and a ruffled rim, featuring hand-painted maple leaf decoration in white and gold enamel with scrolled tendrils. All pieces are hand-crafted with traditional crimped detailing. The bases appear to be finished with ground or snapped-off pontil marks.
