This lot comprises an assortment of vintage cinema and promotional movie posters, primarily dating from the late 1990s and early 2000s. The collection features nine large-format paper posters, likely in the UK Quad format, including notable titles such as the 1999 James Bond film The World Is Not Enough starring Pierce Brosnan, the original 2001 The Fast and the Furious, and Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story 2 from 1999. Other large posters included are Arnold Schwarzenegger in True Lies (1994), Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997), Roald Dahl’s Matilda (1996), Pearl Harbor (2001), Cats & Dogs (2001), and a “Coming Soon” teaser for The Mummy Returns (2001). Several posters feature UK-specific promotional details, including web addresses such as www.catsanddogsmovie.co.uk and www.thefilmfactory.co.uk. Additionally, the collection contains a smaller promotional reproduction for Singin’ in the Rain and a set of five glossy promotional prints or lobby cards for titles including Shrek, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, The Mummy Returns, Cats & Dogs, and a special 5-disc DVD release of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.
