Lot 277: A Collection of Four Hand-Signed Rugby Union Memorabilia Scrapbooks Featuring English International and Premiership Players

A collection of four ring-bound scrapbooks containing an extensive assortment of hand-signed rugby union memorabilia. The collection focuses on prominent figures from the English Premiership and international teams, primarily dating from the 2000s and early 2010s. The binders are composed of black and white backing pages, with several items housed in plastic sleeve protectors. The contents include full-page signed colour and black and white photographs, smaller action shots, and typed player biographical profile sheets.

Notable signatures include Danny Cipriani (England and Wasps), Stephen Myler (Northampton Saints), Shontayne Hape (Bath and England), and Pelu Taele (Samoa and Harlequins). A dedicated section features several prominent Leicester Tigers and England internationals, including World Cup winners Neil Back, Lewis Moody, and Austin Healey, alongside Leon Lloyd. The signatures are executed in various media including black ink, felt-tip, and marker pen. Some autographs are present on dedicated white or yellow backing cards, while others are signed directly across the photographic images.
