Lot 156: A Trio of Contemporary Impressionist Landscape Paintings, Oil on Canvas

A trio of contemporary impressionist landscape paintings, oil on canvas. The works depict varied rural scenes with a focus on atmospheric sky and light conditions. One piece features a prominent, building cloud formation above a green field; another shows a sunset or sunrise over a fenced landscape with silhouettes of trees; the third depicts a misty parkland or waterside scene. The paintings exhibit confident, textured brushwork and a varied palette of greens, ochres, and muted blues. Each work is signed to the lower right corner in cursive script, though the signatures are not clearly legible. The paintings are presented in matching contemporary frames with cream-coloured mouldings and gilt inner and outer slips.
