A Wedgwood Jasperware Arched Mantel Clock with Presentation Box
Description
A Wedgwood Jasperware mantel clock featuring an arched case in a dark matte blue ceramic finish. The front face of the case is decorated with a concentric engine-turned fluted pattern. The clock has a circular white dial set with black Roman numerals and an inner blue chapter ring. The dial is marked with the Wedgwood W logo and WEDGWOOD below the 12 o’clock position, and German Movement at the 6 o’clock position. It is fitted with black spade-shaped hour and minute hands. The item is accompanied by its original light blue Wedgwood presentation box, which bears the printed marks W, WEDGWOOD, and ENGLAND 1759.
