The subject matter comprises Christmas-themed designs with Santa Claus, reindeer, stockings, and festive greetings, alongside extensive intricate border designs, Celtic knotwork, and floral flourishes.

The stickers are primarily produced in metallic gold and silver foil, with additional sheets in pink, blue, green, and white. Many items remain in their original retail packaging with header cards, which specify that the products are acid-free.
