A vintage leather Chesterfield two-seater sofa
Description
This furniture piece is a two-seater sofa designed in the classic Chesterfield style. The sofa features a deep-buttoned back and arms, with scrolled armrests that are flush with the height of the backrest. The base rail is similarly button-tufted. The frame is upholstered in a dark brown leather with a hand-rubbed, distressed finish. It is detailed with brass-toned nailhead trim along the front of the scrolled arms and the lower perimeter. The seating consists of two loose, box-stitched seat cushions upholstered in a contrasting, lighter tan leather. No maker marks or labels are visible on the piece.
