Lot 35: Mid-Century Modern Teak Veneered Extending Dining Table in the Style of Alfred Cox

A mid-century modern extending dining table of rectangular form with curved D-ends. The top is finished in a figured teak veneer with a central seam intended for extension leaves. The table is raised on four square-section tapered legs. The design is characteristic of British mid-century furniture and is in the style of manufacturers such as Alfred Cox. A small white label is visible on the edge, although no specific manufacturer marks are clearly legible. No additional extension leaves are present.
