Kundo Hexagonal Brass Cased Quartz Mantel Clock
Description
A hexagonal brass-cased mantel clock by Kundo. The case is constructed with polished brass-tone metal and inset glass panels to four sides, with the front and side panels featuring etched floral spray motifs. The top is adorned with a scroll-form handle and a central conical finial, set upon a stepped base. The circular dial comprises a brushed gilt-tone centre and a white chapter ring with black Roman numeral hour markers and ornate black hands. The dial is marked Kundo to the left and QUARTZ to the right. The clock is powered by a battery-operated quartz movement, visible through the rear panel, and includes an aesthetic rotating torsion-style pendulum with four polished brass spheres. The movement component is marked with a small W within a circle.
