Description
These hand-painted military miniatures are produced by the Irish Toy Soldier Museum, representing members of the 18th (Royal Irish) and 27th (Inniskilling) Regiments of Foot. Each figure is manufactured from cast metal and finished with a traditional high-gloss paint technique. The collection comprises 8 figures including two standard-bearers displaying the King’s Colour and a Regimental Colour, an officer equipped with a spontoon, a sergeant holding a halberd, and infantrymen in varied active poses. The figures wear 18th-century British infantry uniforms featuring red coats with white facings and tricorn hats. They are mounted on integral metal bases painted in assorted colours including green, yellow, and grey.
