A Collection of Atlas Editions and Similar Die-cast German Military Aircraft Models Metal and Plastic
Description
A collection of die-cast metal and plastic model aircraft representing historical German military aviation, primarily from the Atlas Editions series. The group includes a 1:144 scale Blohm and Voss BV 222 V2 Wiking six-engine flying boat in dark green camouflage with Luftwaffe markings, presented on a labelled display stand inscribed Nazi Germany Blohm und Voss BV 222 V2 Wiking 1:144. Also included is a 1:72 scale Fokker D.VII biplane featuring a red fuselage and red-and-white striped wings with Imperial German insignia, mounted on a labelled stand inscribed Imperial Germany 1918 Fokker D.VII 1:72. The collection further contains a red Fokker Dr.I triplane with German cross markings and a second Blohm and Voss BV 222 Wiking finished in light grey with Luftwaffe markings. These static display models are constructed from die-cast metal components with plastic propellers and struts.
