Description
A mid-century modern teak wall unit of two-piece construction, manufactured by A.H. McIntosh circa 1970s. The piece is finished in teak veneers. The upper section features a combination of open shelving, a compartment with a single sliding glass door enclosing two adjustable glass shelves, and a fall-front unit designed for use as a drinks cabinet or bureau. The lower section consists of a double-door cupboard alongside a bank of three drawers. The unit is fitted throughout with original recessed circular brass-toned metal handles. The construction is designed as a separate top and base unit.
