An early 20th-century oval portrait miniature executed in watercolour on a substrate resembling ivory. The work depicts a young woman with wavy brown hair and blue eyes, dressed in a light blue garment. The portrait is rendered in a soft, realistic style using fine stippled brushwork characterised by the period. A white adhesive lot label with the handwritten characters 6, 1, 8, and 2 is affixed to the exterior of the glass. No signature or date is visible on the front of the work.
