A partial tea service of fine bone china manufactured by Aynsley, England, featuring pattern number A3680. The service is decorated with a sophisticated aesthetic comprising a stark black and white ground accented by ornate gilt laurel-leaf and scrollwork borders. The collection includes ten teacups featuring white interiors and black exteriors, twelve coordinating saucers, one square-handled serving plate, and one cream jug. The undersides bear the green underglaze Aynsley England crown mark alongside the hand-painted pattern number A3680 in red. This set exemplifies the elegant, formal ceramic styles of the mid-20th century. Serving plate: 25cm x 23cm. Saucer diameter: 14.5cm. Cream jug height: 10cm.

Condition report:

The service is in good overall condition. No significant chips, cracks, or professional restorations were noted upon inspection. There is minor surface wear and light rubbing to the gilding on the rims and handles, consistent with age and occasional use. The set appears well-maintained with high gloss to the glaze.
