This item is a single-piece carved hardwood walking stick, notable for its unusual flat profile. The handle is integral to the shaft, featuring a smooth, rounded bulbous knob or pistol-grip style head. Carved from a single piece of hardwood, likely mahogany or a similar timber with a warm, reddish-brown stain and polished finish, the shaft has a distinctive flat, paddle-like form rather than a traditional cylindrical shape. It is widest near the handle and tapers gradually in width towards the tip. There are no hidden system features such as a sword or flask; it is of solid, one-piece construction.
