Lot 4: A Mid-Century Modern Danish Teak Five-Drawer Tall Boy Chest

A single Mid-Century Modern tall boy chest of drawers, consistent with Danish design aesthetics of the mid-20th century. The unit is constructed from wood, likely finished in teak or teak veneer, presenting a warm, glossy reddish-brown tone. The chest features a vertical stack of five drawers of equal size. Each drawer front is fitted with a centrally mounted, rounded rectangular block handle carved from the same material. The chest stands on a recessed plinth base. The overall form is narrow and vertical, characteristic of highboy or tall boy dressers of the period.
