Lot 374: Ornate Revival Style Metal Floor Lamp with Fluted Standard

A tall floor lamp constructed with a metal standard, exhibiting a reddish-brown patina suggestive of copper or bronze tone. The standard features a fluted or reeded column design. The lamp terminates in an ornate neck assembly featuring scrolled, wing-like decorative metalwork supporting the electrical fixture. The lamp stands on a square, stepped base, which is embellished with clear molded glass or acrylic elements arranged to resemble stylized flower petals surrounding the stem attachment point. The lamp is currently fitted with a large, conical fabric shade.
