Lot 87: Rectangular Chinoiserie Lacquered Table with Birds and Floral Decoration

A rectangular table, likely a coffee or end table, featuring a creamy yellow or off-white surface with a glossy, possibly lacquered finish. The tabletop is extensively decorated with a multi-color, Asian-inspired or Chinoiserie design depicting birds in flight among flowering branches and vines in shades of green, yellow, and light purple. A decorative border frames the primary motif, incorporating repeating scroll and floral elements alongside geometric latticework patterns in brown and muted tones. The construction appears to be wood or a composite material. A white sticker with the handwritten alphanumeric marking “286-B” is visible on the side edge.
