Lot 250: Two Toy Houses, including a Calico Critters / Sylvanian Families Red Roof Cozy Cottage

A lot comprising two distinct open-front toy houses. The larger item, identified as a Calico Critters / Sylvanian Families Red Roof Cozy Cottage, is constructed primarily from light-toned wood or plywood, featuring a traditional gabled roof with red-painted trim, cut-out windows, and small framed pictures affixed to an interior wall. Its assembly reveals visible screw fastenings. The smaller item is a more stylized toy house, possibly crafted from painted wood or MDF, distinguished by a bright yellow rounded roof with an illustrated blue window and light blue/green interior walls. This smaller house contains miniature wooden furniture, a small multi-colored plastic figure, and a purple accessory.
