Lot 246: A Group of Four Wooden Boxes

A collection of four diverse wooden boxes. The first is a rectangular box crafted from a light-colored, possibly burl or figured wood, featuring a polished finish, brass-toned hardware, and an interior fitted with light fabric lining and compartments, indicating a jewelry box. The second is a smaller, dark-stained rectangular box displaying intricate carved detailing on its lid and front, complemented by brass-toned hardware and a red fabric-lined interior. The third box is a dark wooden rectangular piece with a slightly domed lid covered in red leather or faux leather, and a pink velvet-lined interior. The final item is a larger, plainer dark-stained wooden chest with simple construction, visible metal hinges, and an unlined interior, suggesting a more utilitarian storage box.
