Lot 220: Framed Michael Parkes 'Stalking' Print

A framed print titled ‘Stalking’ by Michael Parkes. The artwork depicts a surreal or allegorical scene featuring two anthropomorphic female figures. One figure is largely nude with classical features, elaborate headwear, and holds a spear or arrow, accompanied by a black dog. The other figure possesses a feline head and body, intertwined with the first figure, and is draped in flowing garments. The style blends classical profiles with fantastical elements. The print is presented under glass with a cream-colored mat, an inner gold-toned filet, and an outer frame featuring a dark, textured finish with gold detailing. A small, illegible white sticker is visible on the lower right side of the frame.
