Lot 346: A contemporary Scottish glass ship-in-a-bottle sculpture of HMS Victory on a wooden stand

A contemporary glass sculpture of a three-masted sailing ship, housed within a horizontally oriented clear glass bottle. The internal vessel is crafted from a combination of clear and frosted glass, including fine glass rigging and masts. The bottle is designed with a decorative neck featuring two spherical segments and a rounded stopper. A gold-coloured circular adhesive label is affixed to the glass, printed with a central crest and the characters HAND MADE, WHITHORN, and SCOTLAND. The bottle rests on a dark wood display stand with two upright supports, which is fitted with a rectangular gold-tone metal plaque engraved with the word Victory in script.
