Lot 360: Contemporary Steampunk Assemblage Sculpture with Vintage Alarm Clock and Copper Tulip

A contemporary mixed media assemblage sculpture of anthropomorphic form, constructed from various industrial found objects and scrap metal. The composition features a central figure-like structure incorporating a threaded pipe fitting, a large screw, metal mesh, and welded steel plates. Integrated into the design is a vintage-style alarm clock with a white dial, black Roman numerals, and two sub-dials, marked with the text RACKETT and STRIKE ALARM. Beside the clock is a copper-alloy floral form, resembling a tulip, which displays a heavy green verdigris patina. The entire assembly is mounted onto a circular, convex metal base. The piece incorporates a variety of textures and finishes, from rusted steel to polished metal and oxidised copper.
