Vintage Tabletop Bar Skittles Game Attributed to Kay
Description
This vintage tabletop bar skittles game, also known as Devil Amongst the Tailors, is attributed to Kay (Sports & Games) Ltd, London. The assembly comprises a rectangular moulded green plastic base and a vertical black plastic upright post. A turned wooden ball is suspended from the post by a fine metal chain, designed to swing and knock over the ten matching turned wooden pins. The right-hand side of the base features an integrated scoring system with two yellow printed scales recording units from 0 to 19 and tens from 0 to 100, equipped with four white plastic sliding pointers. A small white adhesive label is affixed to the side of the base.
Base length: Approximately 40.5 cm (16 inches).
