A Collection of Approximately 27 Pieces of Ceramic Tableware and Storage Items in the Heirloom Pattern
Description
A collection of approximately 27 pieces of ceramic tableware and kitchen storage items decorated in the Heirloom pattern, attributed to Hornsea Pottery and designed by John Clappison. The items feature a distinctive relief-moulded geometric design of interlocking circles and dots in the Autumn Brown colourway, finished with a high-gloss glaze in shades of dark brown, olive green, and ochre. The set includes three large cylindrical storage canisters with wooden lids bearing stylized block lettering for TEA, COF (Coffee), and SUGAR. Also included are a medium-sized canister, several smaller jars, and a set of four egg cups presented on a wooden stand. The tableware components consist of a tapered coffee pot with cover, a milk jug, mugs, teacups, saucers, and side plates.
