Issuing entities represented in the group include The International Nickel Company (dated 1918, incorporated in New Jersey), United States Lines Company (one dated 1963), Philadelphia Electric Company, International Telephone and Telegraph Corporation, American Brands, Inc., Bond Stores, Incorporated (incorporated in Maryland), Eurofund International, Inc. (dated 1980, incorporated in Maryland), Seatrain Lines, Inc. (dated 1969, incorporated in Delaware), Dundee-Palliser Resources Inc., and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated.
