A Mid-Century Modern Sculptural Hardwood Wall Mirror
Description
A wall mirror from the mid-20th century, circa 1960s, featuring a distinctive sculptural frame in the Scandinavian or British G-Plan style. The frame is constructed from a warm-toned hardwood, likely teak or afrormosia, and exhibits an organic, biomorphic shape with undulating curved sides and tapered corners. A rectangular mirror plate is inset into the contoured wooden surround. To the left side of the frame, there is a small white adhesive label with the handwritten number 501. No maker marks or manufacturer stamps are visible.
