Steiff Lladro Violinist Teddy Bear with Porcelain Violin
Description
A Steiff collector’s teddy bear produced in collaboration with Lladro, known as the Violinist. The bear is crafted from dark charcoal grey mohair plush and is fully five-way jointed. It features black plastic button eyes and a hand-stitched nose and mouth in black yarn. The bear holds a miniature white porcelain violin, attributed to Lladro, which features silver-painted details including the strings, bridge, and tailpiece. This item retains its original manufacturer markings, including the Steiff ‘Button in Ear’ with a white and pink fabric tag, and a large white cardboard ‘Steiff Collectors’ hang tag with multilingual safety instructions. The bear is presented in a slatted wooden crate.
