A Silver-Plated Neoclassical Urn-Form Table Lamp
Description
A silver-plated table lamp of neoclassical urn form, likely dating from the late 19th to mid-20th century. The central urn-shaped body features a gadrooned lower section and is flanked by two prominent foliate-scroll handles. The lamp stands on a decorative, stepped circular base with chased designs of scrolling foliage, shells, and floral motifs. The fitting consists of a white plastic bulb holder and sleeve. The item is wired with a gold-coloured twin-core flex and a modern white UK three-pin plug. No maker marks or hallmarks are visible on the exterior of the piece.
