Description
A silver Royal Navy Long Service and Good Conduct Medal. The obverse features the bust of King Edward VII in naval uniform with the inscription EDWARDVS VII REX IMPERATOR. The reverse depicts the three-masted ship of the line HMS Victory, encircled by a rope border with the text FOR LONG SERVICE AND GOOD CONDUCT. The medal is mounted with a swivel suspension and is attached to a navy blue ribbon with white borders. An adhesive label bearing the number 9703 is present on the ribbon.
