A Collection of Seven Del Prado 54mm Hand-Painted Metal Napoleonic Military Miniatures
Description
A collection of seven hand-painted die-cast metal military miniature figures from the Del Prado Napoleon at War series. The figures are produced in 54mm scale and mounted on integral circular green-painted bases. This group depicts various units and roles from the Napoleonic Wars, including members of the French Grande Armee and contemporary European forces. A notable figure includes a musician of the French 1st Line Infantry Regiment (1er Regiment d Infanterie de Ligne) wearing a distinctive rose-pink habit with white facings and carrying a brass horn. The collection also includes a French line infantryman in a blue habit with red facings and a black shako. Other figures are depicted in red coats with varying facings in yellow, light blue, and white, representing British line infantry or musicians from other continental regiments. One figure is shown in a white coat with blue facings. The figures are depicted in various poses including marching, standing at ease, and playing musical instruments. A small white adhesive label with the handwritten number 9703 is attached to the base of one figure.
