A Pair of 9 Carat Yellow Gold Twisted Hoop Earrings
Description
A matched pair of 9 carat yellow gold hoop earrings. Each earring is constructed with a rope-twist design featuring two intertwined strands of yellow metal that create a continuous textured finish around the circumference. The earrings are secured with hinged snap-in closures, where a curved, notched post locks into a recessed catch on the opposing side of the hoop. A small incised mark within a rectangular frame is present on the hinged section of both earrings; however, the characters within these marks are not legible. No dimensions or weight can be confirmed as there is no ruler or scale present in the photographs.
