A French Empire Pan Eight-Arm Brass Chandelier
Description
A French Empire Pan eight-arm chandelier, crafted from brass or brass-toned metal, featuring a traditional design with curved arms emanating from a central column. The arms terminate in candle-style sockets. A frosted or opaque glass bowl is suspended below the central column, complementing the metalwork which displays a consistent patina. The fixture is currently fitted with modern white compact fluorescent (CFL) candle-shaped bulbs, one of which visibly displays “CE” and “RoHS” markings. A white auction label marked “Wadhams Auctioneers Ltd” and “43” is attached to the central stem.
