A Set of Four Mid-Century Modern Teak Dining Chairs Attributed to A. Younger Ltd.
Description
A set of four mid-century modern dining side chairs, attributed to the British furniture manufacturer A. Younger Ltd. The frames are constructed from solid teak or afromosia, featuring a warm-toned wood grain. Each chair possesses a low ladder-back design with three slightly curved horizontal slats. The chairs stand on square-sectioned legs which are reinforced with side and rear stretchers for structural integrity. The padded seats are upholstered in a black vinyl or faux leather material. A small rectangular white label is present on the rear of the top rail of one chair, though the characters are no longer legible.
